Maldives Travel Awards
Maldives Travel Awards 2022 is the ninth edition of the Maldives Travel Awards organized by the Maldives Association Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) to recognize the best of travel and tourism industry. This year (2022) event nominations open for over 23 categories.
Furthermore, MATATO also hosts a Guesthouse Edition for 10 Categories, which celebrated the performances of the guesthouse sector, and the 5 categories for People’s Edition, which recognizes outstanding individuals in the tourism industry.
Maldives Travel Awards is the longest running travel awards label in Maldives, recognized as the most prestigious and exclusive in the industry. This edition celebrates the 9th anniversary for the awards with an additional categories. The awarding Guest House edition and Peoples edition Ceremony will be held in July and the host venue will be announced in the upcoming months. The awarding Gala Ceremony will be held in October and the host venue will be announced in the upcoming months as well.
